Interesting. Did you get these at a bank? About a year ago I dumped a whole roll of red 55S into circulation here in San Diego. They were nothing spectacular.
1. Doesn't matter to me what people call them - "cents" and "pennies" are synonymous except in technical terms...so if you write about them professionally or for a trade journal, better call them "cents." Otherwise nobody should care.
2. The 1934D RPM is a nice find!
3. 1991 cents were all minted with the same reverse design - there could be a chance that you have a doubled die there, but I would have to digress to what you can see without having a visual aid to help me.
4. I'm a "stickler" on Lincolns and I don't see a single date you listed that does not have a published RPM represented for that issue. Not sure what you're thinking there.
