Help on Washington Quarter RPM's

I have had these two Washington Quarters for awhile. I was wondering if anyone can help me attribute the RPM's that are on these coins.
The first is a 1950-D and the second is a 1951-D. I have attached pictures below. Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Robert Dunn

Try looking on the Coneca varieties website. Here's the link. You may find it very useful and interesting.

Dennis thanks for mentioning CONECA. I visit there often and have looked up the Washington RPM's there as well as many other varieties.

The only thing I wish that CONECA had was pictures for the varieties that they have descriptions for. A lot of varieties are very similar and without a picture it is hard to determine which one you have.

Maybe CONECA could add pictures for a subscription fee and membership. I know that I would sure pay for that service, it would be nice.

I really need to join CONECA and NCADD. They are great organizations.

  • I could not find anything on the 50-D. the only thing I found on the 51-D is it coudl possible be a FS#25-017 with double die obverse. I found it in THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO WASHINGTON QUARTERS by John Feigenbaum. Hope it helps.
