this is a wonderful book, i snagged a copy about a month ago and located a medal i'd picked up, 454B. though noone holders them, i'd conservatively grade it at MS/PR66DCAM. for anyone who is interested in Washington Exonumia this book is a must. just buy it.
sadly, mine cost me about $32 with shipping cost, yours is a bargain!!!!!!

if ngc holders civil war tokens i would think this medal would be a breeze for them as it is located in this book and clearly identifiable i think they might start doing this if you call them and make a suggestion
and also post a photo of your medal on the forums i would love to see it!!!!!!

i talked with NGC about a month ago and they said they didn't holder those. i should try again and make an effort to speak directly to Brian Silliman. that might be more productive.
i'll try to get pictures and post them, but we just moved and things are still a bit disorganized. GEEZ, i don't even have the stereo hooked up yet!!!!!!
