When he mentioned Bill Buckner as a great redsox Player in the interview after the game shows alot of class! now buckner can let it all go! and may babe ruth finally rest in peace!

    Even though I don't love Schilling's personality I think that indeed was a good comment. Poor Buckner was undeservedly a "Poster Child" for the Sox's failures over the last 18 years.

    I always thought Buckner was unfairly blamed for 86.
    Schilling is outspoken, articulate and sometimes controversal.
    He said he chose Boston to help us win a ring.
