I am thinking about crossing it to PCGS. Would PCGS slab it? What could have caused this toning?

Looks NT, end roller -- PCGS will likely holder it. Good luck getting a 66 -- probably a shot, but wonder if your chances would be better if you submitted it raw? I would think your chances of a downgrade to 64 would be minimal.

I think it was in an album or folder and the white stripe is where it was on contact with the slide pane or another folder page and didn't tone.
Being that the darker toning is on the same side on both the obv & rev it's possible that it could have been in a bag fold.
