Bad EBay Experience Update

This has been a mistake all the way from the beginning. List of mistakes we've both made:
1. I won this auction
2. G-Carion sent me a type-1 by mistake.
3. Somehow, I was blocked from sending him e-mail by his spamblocking software. I couldn't contact him to tell him he sent the wrong coin so...
4. I left him negative feedback. Later, I wanted to do something about it so...
5. I started a thread calling for a Scumbag Registry and put him at top of list. (I was informed that I should try and get in touch with him. I did. And found out that he's not a bad guy after all, we were just having problems getting the order right. So we got the negative feedback problem taken care of and he promised to send the right coin this time. It came today, but...
6. It's a 1991-S proof.

Yeah. The neg feedback is fixed so that it don't count against him now and this case is closed at Square Trade. I e-mailed him about this last coin and he was very apologetic and has promised to send the right one this time. We'll see. I'm in negotiations with him to buy some proof sets. Maybe he just don't know the difference between a type-1 and a type-2. If that's the case, maybe he won't recognize a accented hair Kennedy.

i wouldnt buy another coin till he gets the deal he owes u wrapped up...and even then, I would get the coins first in the future and then pay him after they are in hand.
