1975 Mengler-Peterson Cards....Anybody know anything about these?

Hey guys,
Anybody ever heard of the 1975 Mengler-Peterson cards(baseball)? I understand that these were produced by fans for autograph collecting and are supposed to be really limited. These are not catologued in my 2004 Beckett Almanac. There's not much to them...Just a name and a crude drawing on a 3x5 index card. I've just never seen them before and wondered what the deal is. Any info is appreciated.
