Oregons slabbed reverse forward?

There's always been some controversy about which side of the Oregon Commemorative is the obverse and which is the reverse. And the services are now happy to holder an attractively toned coins with their best foot forward. But this is the first time I've seen white Oregons slabbed with the wagon facing out. Just thought it was interesting.

The only coin i can think of at the moment that wouldn't fit that scenareo would be the State Quarters.
