    What do you see that would knock it down to a 62?

    I think 62 is too low, this is an attractive coin with apparently nice surfaces, marks commensurate with MS63 but I agree, 64 would depend on how the cheek mark looks up close, as well as a couple other spots and toning. 64 not out of the question, imo, but 65 would be a pretty big stretch unless the luster looks better than the pics portray. The 24S is a fairly tough date/mm in gem, this looks like a strong 63 to weak 64, but would like to see the coin in a little bit better light.

    for comparison, here's my coin which is probably about one grade point lower than yours, I like this one as a 62 or so

    I would say that it's too hard to estimate a grade with those pics- the lower halves are too dark to assess the amount of bagmarks and blemishes...
