Grading Opinion on Silver Ike Please.

I picked this frosty Ike up today at the local Flea Market cheap and wonder if it will grade 65 or better. If so, I might as well put it in my newly started U. S. Type Set (7070-Dansco). Whatcha think?

66 if that thing on the forehead is a mark, 67 if it's just a break in the luster.

It's a break in the luster, but there is a mark just above it that doesn't show up very clearly. Other marks are on the motto and date, some spots on face and neck. A couple bag marks in left field. Reverse has a tiny scratch atop of eagle's left wing and small spots left and right of eagle. No other marks visible on reverse. Reverse very clean. I've been collecting a few coins here and there over a 5-year period now, but only found this forum a few months ago. I was blind you might say until you people taught me a few things about how to be a better collector. Thanks, I got this $20+ Ike for $5.75...plus tax.

Oh, another thing. Should I try to tone it? Seems like since it's so frosty that it might tone nice and fast if I wrap it in a slice of bread to keep from scratching it then burying it in the ground with sulphur and rust or maybe some exotic elements packed into the hole with it. Pour a beer over it to get it started. Think that would do it, lol?

You could also buy some chemicals and an oven on Ebay, right before selling all kinds of natural toned coins from Grandpa's collection.

I'd say MS65, the marks and or hits might keep it from going higher.
Nice coin though.
