PayPal Un-confirmed Address

Since PayPal is of no help... Can someone please explain to me how I can make my 'Unconfirmed' address 'Confirmed'

    You need to have a credit card on file with them. See Link below.

    If you are trying to confirm an address other than your credit card billing address, I believe you are SOL.

    I had to enter a bank account checking or savings they allow.

    I have a credit card and a bank account on file in my PayPal account.. The bank account says confirmed so I guess the problem is with the credit card but there's no 'confirm' button or anything in the profile/credit card part of my PayPal account. bleh

    athleticsfan, Yeah I read that before but it was of no help. I have a credit card in my PayPal account and it's not like I'm new to paypal. Over 200 transactions done through PayPal within the last 3 years with the same credit card on file.
