Does anyone make spreadsheets to track a series (i.e., strike, varieties, color, etc.)?

In order to help me track a particular coin series (such as New Orleans gold coins), I like to create a spreadsheet that summarizes each date in terms of strike, varieties, luster, color, nuances, etc. A template example is below for an analysis that I am doing for New Orleans gold coins (I tried to upload the Excel spreadsheet, but it seems that Excel uploads are not allowed on this site). In Excel the format looks a lot nicer. I use a well known reference book to make my spreadsheet summaries (in this case the Winter book). I was wondering if anyone else does something like this, and if so, is there any place on the web or somewhere where such summary analyses are posted or traded. It will take me a while to get through all of the New Orleans gold issues, but I figure that when I am done, I will have a 2-4 page summary that I can use as a reference and take to shows, rather than carrying around a book (or several books). Anyone have any thoughts?
