"The Phantom" strikes again - here is his PCGS MS69 1937-D Oregon. It looks better in person

I do not own this coin, I have never owned it and it is not for sale. But, please enjoy it anyway.

Bawh, All my 1936 San Diego Commens have similar rim toning. I'm not really a fan of it.

The "corrosion damage" is strictly original (not artificially achieved), so you should not be too hard on it.

I am offering a similar coin in 67 for only 4259.00 it is this one from the same collection and as Mark mentioned, and of the same issue as Russ mentioned-but way better than the one he had, as clean and more monster toned, and unlike the coin pictured above there are no MS-69's graded so this is almost the finest known-

At last glance, NGC had graded just three commems as MS 69; I sold one of them, an Antietam, for under 40K. I could not find any marks on it whatsoever with a 5X glass.
