Has PCGS ever run an test to see if average grades change day to day? Are Mondays better or worse, the same? Fridays better, worse the same. I have heard "theories" that swing both ways, that Monday's are tighter and Friday's are easier. It seems as though it could be possible that Monday may be worse than Friday (well depends on your view). With the ammount of coins PCGS does it should be easy to do some statistical sampling as a whole, or per series to see if there is any merit to the theory. Grading is a judgment call, right.

We have done numerous tests over the years. We've sent the same group of coins in ten times and showed the graders the results. We've had grader feedback reports. But we have never tested the days of the week. I don't think there's a difference, but I might be naive.
