I think I may have found this coin on Coneca's site. The one listed says MS-65...Pop 2. Mine's in an ICG-67 holder...if this IS that same coin, it's the third 65.
Please note the line from the "N" in CENT from the chin to the bowtie on the obverse. There's also a mark at the back of the neck from the "C.".

wam98, a die clash occurs when the dies come together without a blank planchet between them to receive the strike. Sometimes the force will cause the dies to transfer parts of the image to the opposing die. If that happens, the marks will show up on subsequent coins made from those dies.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
