This is the .25 I mentioned awhile back.The detail in the ear is missing and the ponytail is detached from behind the ear to nape.I do not think it's a filled die because of the angle of the break.The break looks like a V laying side ways. What ya think about it.I have 4of these. The picture looked better than this before I down loaded it.The detail is still there

Overpolished die. Where the pigtail joins the hair roll there behind the ear is on the the deepest recesses in the design which means it is one of the highest points of the die at just about the same level as the field areas. If the fields are ground down to remove clash marks or heavy flowlines it can be ground down far enough that the lapping also starts to remove the design in that area. I would also look to see if there is any detail loss just below and in front of the eye.
