What does it look like?

I've got a coin that looks like it has a bit of dark green uh..... it looks like melanoma

Use acetone bath to remove and throw away what ever you were storing the coin(s) in

Yuk, looks like a yeast infection or maybe someone sneezed on it. I'd rub some goo-gone on it and burn the bedclothes.
