Upgrade the registry

I have a guestion about upgrading. I have some really nice coins in 63 holders and i really what to upgrade my set, but some of my coins looks better than some 64's do. I haven't had any luck with resummitting so do i upgrade or just be happy with the coins i have and not worry about the set registry grade.

I would just be happy knowing that I have the better coin in my set. Buy the coin not the holder, and sell the better holders to someone else. I guess I should ask what coins are we talking about.
