My last one took less than 10 days. I submitted them at ANA (Pittsburgh).

Submitted at Long Beach show Sept 7 rec. Oct 19th-Never any conformation e-mails. Very Bad customer service IMHO.!!

I submitted 4 on 9/24 and got the eamil confirmation on 9/20. Also submitted 4 seperate coins on 10/4, I got an email on one today, it was graded DNC. Does anyone know what that means? It was a cross over from NGC.

DNC = Did Not Cross ... it failed to make a better/same grade at PCGS and will be returned in NGC holder ...
