Found this toned Morgan on Ebay.........collection growing!!!

Yes, I was successful in adding yet another Toned Morgan to my Morgan Date Set and this coin wasn't even listed as having toning on color in the Auction header!!! I thought it was a fair price and I like the obverse a lot so.....I pulled the trigger.

I have now purchased 7 toned morgans for my set in a little less than a month. Considering I am on a budget like most folks I am pretty pleased with my progress.



This could be the most focused I have ever been towards a goal since I started collecting years ago.

I don't think I could stomach all of those fingerprints on the reverse.

I saw them on the scan as well, but I still thought the obverse was very attractive.........with that said I know a lot of folks shy away from coins with prints as do I, but in this case I thought the postives of the coin outweighed the negatives. I do expect others will feel as you do, which is cool since we all have to put together a collection that we can be happy with and opions will always vary

Well I guess the prints are tolerable for a coin like that if yu dint lay out too much money.
