Quick turn around time for economy submission

Hello.
I was amazed tonight to receive an email stating my grades were in.
The details:
Date Received: 10/13/2004
Date Shipped: No Date Specified
These were modern proof coins and they were graded in SEVEN days!
I have never had such a quick turn around on my economy submissions in the past.
Did PCGS hire more graders?

For my free submissions this year I chose some quarters which I thought would grade as high grade cameos.

I must have mis-handled them or they didn't ship well because I thought they were better than this.
Oh well.
Sorry about the grades.
I consider the "Modern" tier to be the same as economy without the silver.
It was a modern submission.
They may take the full 45 days or more to compensate for the quick turn around on the proof submission.
