Photoisland.com is turning off their switch in a few weeks.... who else has free image hosting on the net?

    I don't know.... I'm looking for one myself also. I had used Vendio.com, but they have changed their fee structure for a monthly set fee. I suspect a totally free site may be a scarce item nowadays.

    vendio costs a few cents to post on ebay, unsure about everything else

    I'm on Photoisland as well. Wish they let us know before they turned off the upload function.
    I had auctions going up and had to let ebay take care of them.

    Guess I can't gripe. Had it for free for years.

    Just linked an image from Yahoo album and wondering if it will get killed.
    Looking for a new site too I guess.

    Hey Vet,
    I just went to Photobucket.com to check it out....... guess what! They are 'updating' their services to 'better serve' their customers...... and so are not accepting any more free accounts for the time being! Which to me means..... they are probably changing to a fee based system now also.....image

    If you haven't already check with your ISP. You may have an account and not know it. My Insight account comes with 6 email boxes, each providing 2 meg of webspace each for personal web space.
