With all the riot gear and "stupidass" plays going on - Dont forget about a couple of pretty good teams outside the limelight. With all the extra inning games and late night flights - the American league is gonna be prime asswuppin material for the National league.

Actually, I was referring to an interview with Curt Schilling about an hour ago and he said AROD had no class for doing that "stupidass" play.

actually before I say that I would like to hear what arod has to say about it now that its been shown tohim on the replay. Does he still think the ump were wrong?

Heres what Sheffield has to say
MLB.com: You were in the on-deck circle when A-Rod was called out for interference. What was your view of the play?

Sheffield: I saw the pitcher get in the baseline, and when that happens, you do anything you can to knock the ball out. That's what he did, but they ruled that he grabbed his arm.

You can see in the photos that arroyo was reaching to tag arod. If arroyo was in the basepath then arod was out of it. anyway the photo does not lie

Arroyo is in the basepath. The Ump's ruled, and that's that. His arm is in the basepath. That is part of him. His body is on the inside of the allowable basepath. OK - he's out, but trashing the guy for what he did is ridiculous.
