    Oh yes, I remember those. If you wrote to Capitol Plastics you would get a nice catalog and at the end were all unusual and custom holders for individual coins and sets like these and others. They also would custom engrave - I don't think they still do but I have no idea. You could even order extra screws.
    Did I just date myself?
