I will be the first to tip my Yankee cap

to the Red Sox if they win the pennant. Even though I don't like Schilling I tip my hat to him. I have a question for you all....is childish joestalin man enough to say how terrible Trampled Bay is performing, and to complement their archrivals?

what has this got to do with Tampa? They aren't the one spending billions loading up on talent trying
to win anyway they can! The bucs won with guys you never heard of. They were good and knew it
and when it was time to answer the question if they would win , they did...were they even favored in
    any of their playoff games?

Don't compare the two they have nothing in common!

Plus they didn't choke in 2002!

Well, I'm a Yanks fan and hope they win. If they don't, then the Sox are the better team this year. I will salute them and support them in the WS, because I go back to the days with 2 ten team leagues - not all these goofy sub-divisions and extra playoffs. My roots are that if your team loses, you cheer for your league. Mine is the AL.

Anyway, I concur that a tip of the hat from Gemmy is a nice jesture, but basis his irritating, extreme and redundant posts that exhaserbate the irritation.....a tip of the cap is not enough. There is an old expression where I come from (Bronx) that would be a more fitting display of reconcilliation. That is : "Sh1t in your hat, and wear it." Tell me to eat my hat if you want, but that, IMO, would be more suitable.

Proud of my 16x20 autographed and framed collection - all signed in person. Not big on modern - I'm stuck in the past!
