Does a PCGS coin submitted for presidential review get cracked out of the slab?

Also, is this service available for an NGC coin (I understand cross-overs would not get cracked out)?

Presidential Review coins do not get cracked out of the holder. The service is available for crossover coins.

Call customer service for more info on the Presidential Review.
