Hey Guys,
I am going to Orlando at the end of the month and wondered if anyone knew of any good shops in that area. I am looking for older cards. Please let me know if you have personal expierience with one. Thanks

Looking for 1971 Topps Football PSA 8 NQ or above, and slowly working my way into the 1962 Topps Football Set. Check out my 1972 Topps Football Set 100% Complete.

Don't except too much vintage, but they are know for a very wide selection of modern.
This is really the only one anyone around here ever uses, that I know of that is.
Have a good trip. Jeremy
To many people living in Orlando are not from the state or even the country. If you have ever gone to any sporting avent in Florida you would relize that most of the fans who attend are routing for the visiting team.
and also, take into consideration that Orlando compared to Tampa/Maimi is MUCH younger crowd. Most people who live in Orlando look at it as nothing more than a stepping stone in their careers and will not live here long.
Florida is the most moved to state in the country and is also the most moved out of!!!
These are some of the reasons card shops don't due well in Orlando. I've lived here since 1989 and while I due visit Big League from time to time for supplies, I can only think of 1 card shop that I really like and they went out of business back in 1996ish, not because of a lack of biz, but the location they rented was remodeled into a high rent district and they could no longer afford the rent.
Every now and then, the Beltz Factory Outlet mall will have a good show, big name signers will come in around the spring training time in Florida, but after that, most of the shows are modern junk!
But I guess that is why we have DISNEY!
have a good trip!
Baseball Card Clubhouse used to be a popular place to go for both modern and vintage, but last time I was there - they had a lot more SCD graded cards then I cared to see.
R T Sports was always a favorite of mine, but he keeps the good stuff out of the show room.
But it's been years and years since I've been to either two, so I can't promise anything. If they are rolling with the times, I am sure that they are both mostly modern anymore. Another one I was looking for appears to be out of business.
It's just too tough for physical store owners to complete with ebay in vintage, either their personal stockpile has about dried up or they've taken their show on the road (meaning shows only).
