1889 Lib Seated Quarter PR-65Cameo to PR-65 DC(UPGRADE)

This is my first upgrade out of 10 coins sent to Pres. Review. In DC their are 2 coins in 65 and two higher.

I guess wonders can really happen.

    Be glad they even graded a 1999 morgan!

    Hey Bear, that must be some `99-o if you thought it would upgrade, presumably from a 67 to a 68. The odds were against it, even if the coin is all there.
    I brake for ear bars.

    I know, The coin is flawless and the face is umbelievable in

    its perfection. Full strike also. I guess they just didnt want

    to make a pop 2. One out of two aint too bad though.

    Congrats on the Proof Seated. What % of a prem. does the DCAM carry over a CAM?

    What's the POP on the 99-O in 67?

    The 99-0 Morgan in 67 has 60 graded

    as for the DC in the quarter It goes from 3500 in Cam. to perhaps 6500 in DC retail.

    The quarter has a rich deep golden surface and is quite beautiful.
