PSA Order Submission question

I want to submit about 120 cards that range from 1960 through 1986, plus a single card from 1958, and one more from 1959. They are all commons except for the newer stuff, which includes things like a 78 OPC Bench and a 77 Rose... Any way I could get away with submitting them all in a manner where I would pay $6 a card, which is the fee for 60-71 vintage common, as well as 72-Present modern bulk, and both have the same turn 45 day around times?
Also, how picky are they about separating coins/discs? I have 2 that I would like to have graded, but they say they need to be on separate orders, and I'm not about to pay more than the grading fee for the shipping on 2 coins. What would they do if I just submitted them with the order?
Anyone familiar with this stuff, please advise.
I wish they weren't so crazy with the submission rules. I don't see why multiple service levels can't be combined on single orders with the understanding that your turn-around time will be guaranteed at the longest time period of any service you select. So, then someone could submit an order like I have without having to having to figure out how to submit it in a cost effective manner as far as multiple shipping charges.
