New Bust Half Dollar, please help with grade.

A friend of mine gave me a few of his coins to sell. I thought the Morgan Dollars he gave me looked whizzed/cleaned. However, one coin was a 1827 Bust Half Dollar. It has a nice, original look to it. I took a picture of it, and will post it below. What do you think it will grade?
Also, looking at some price guides, there is suppose to be 2 varieties: a curved "2" and a straight "2" for this particular year. Can you tell what variety this is from the pictures? Thanks!

I'd say F12-F15 square base.
