How much does this scratch/line lower grade?

I didn't notice the line going down her face until I photographed it. This is a 1/10 ounce coin. I look at these with a 10x loupe when I get them but missed that. She looks like she is crying. Too late to return it.

all depends on where it is on the coin and overall how it effects the eye appeal the severity of the line/scratch etc.
