Blocking eBay buyers options

I was looking at the eBay Preferences options and saw I didn't have this turned on. (I set all 3)

When selecting the "block buyers with less than XX feedback" it doesn't allow zero (or above). You can't block 1st time buyers, which makes sense because as soon as they bid on something the first time eBay would say "YOU'VE BEEN BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON THIS ITEM".

I don't think there are many people out there with -1 feedback scores, but if there are they won't be bidding on my stuff anymore

I am not so sure I would necessarily block a new guy. About a year ago, I had a guy who had zero feedback bid and win. Smooth transaction and he is now a repeat buyer from me quite frequently.

A few weeks ago, I got a nasty email from a guy with -1 feedback upset that he was blocked from bidding on my auction. It was his one and only feedback and he got it for non-payment.
