I have not seen a place on the graysheet for PL coins only DMPL. So how do you all value these coins, split the difference between the MS65 and MS65DMPL price??

Supply and demand.
I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

obviously not all PL's are created equally, so you will see instances where 2 PL's w/ the same date, grade, and slabbed by the same tpgs tade at different prices. Characteristics like depth of mirrors, cameo, the degree of frostiness are not noted on most holders, and will create these price differences (similar to dmpl's yet not as extreme).
For the most part listed prices for dmpl's are unreliable, but I do use this number, as well as bid for the next grade when determining what I will pay for a PL. One bit of advice...stay away from the pcgs price guide for PL's; recent auction prices will give you a much better idea of value.
1. PCGS' has a decent price guide of Morgans that includes prooflikes.
2. Take a look at the point system over at NGC. In many instances there is an uncanny coincidence between points awarded and the cost you'd likely have to pay.
3. Heritage's auction archive is a good source for past sales, and "prooflike" is a searchable term.
4. For many dates, there is an uncanny relationship between a ms66, a ms65pl, and a ms64 dmpl. So if you want to know what a prooflike might be valued in a particular grade, look at both 1 grade higher without the pl, as well as one grade lower in dmpl.
5. If all else fails, offer the coin to me.
