Would a 78 cc morgan count for this since it was the end of the business strike trade dollars or not?

Here is one question that I have not been able to get answered: Does the mintmark play a role in whether or not a coin can be considered such as the 16-d mercury dime. The 16-p and the 16-s would be acceptable becuase both of these were made with the barber design and the merc design, however, thier is no 16-d barber dime, therefore IMO, the 16-d merc does not count.
I would like to get a answer from PCGS, as I have a 16-d i would like to submit for regrade if its acceptable to do so?

Geez...I never thought of that. That would be really picky on their part!
