This coin is slabbed by ANACS and it in NOT net graded. I will tell you it is copper and is legal tender in the US. I will say this is probably the most WORN coin I have ever seen in a slab that is identifiable..........what do you guess? Iwill post the slab picture tomorrow evening (Sunday) to see if anyone guesses correctly (ha ha ha).

I'm guessing it's something of great value. I have a feeling it's a Half Cent.

I saw a bunny rabbit! No! A dragon!
I'll say it's a 1793 Flowing Hair Cent w/Wreath Reverse.

Edited to point out that the only US legal tender copper coin that can be identified solely by the edge is the 1793 V&B.

<< <i>I can't see any detail on the coin, so I'm going to guess that it's a 1793 Wreath Cent with the Vine and Bars edge. The attribution was only possible from the third side of the coin. >>

I'm amazed that ANACS could identify this as a Wreath and also a S-11b........if youlook from a distance, youcan VERY faintly see the outline of the upper part of the head on the obverse....but that's about it.
