Just wondering if you feel theres value in this coin if sent to NCS for Conservation. If so, how much and current grade versus conserved grade results? Thanks, Lee

No matter what NCS might do, the coin will still be a common date RB IHC. Also, the spots on the reverse look like they have been there a long time. If this is the case, then they will likely leave odd colored spots behind upon their removal, which might hurt the eye appeal even more.
I'm going to guess that the coin is MS63RB and this makes it worth about about $30. So, if you sink more money into it by sending it to NCS and paying postage, I think you will end up losing money on the transaction, after all, it would likely grade the same after conservation. The only people who would win in this scenario are NCS.
Just my opinions.

it is what it is, and I like it the way it is. This is not a candidate for "conservation" IMHO. These coins come like this as you know - spotted, uneven, printed etc. and that is as it should be.
