Has anyone bought from eBay seller Avrutsky?

I was checking out his auctions a few weeks ago, and he seemed to have some nice stuff.




One of his auctions, as an example





I was concerned, though, that on the auction pages, he says:

but then says...





<< <i>Please note that I do not offer return option for coins, medals or other items and all sales is final. >>









Also, on his website, he states that he is an ANA member, and I thought they were required to accept returns

Never bought from him but I would not recommend getting into a bidding war with angelo43 when an Italian or Vatican coin is involved.

I've never bought from him as his auctions give me an uneasy feel.

Because of this line:

On the bright side at least he ends all of his auctions a few minutes apart.

I bought a raw coin from them once that was advertised as BU. It was properly described, and nicely toned.
