REGRADE - WAS PCGS MS-62
Was last quarters free submission - bought it raw off of ebay 2 years ago as a MS63 for $275 - I thought it would go 63 at PCGS, but it originally came back as a MS62. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this game!!
