One that I own is a 1963 DDO 1-O-II, FS#25-023 Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling
the motto and date have a strong spread towards the center
a die dent on the B of LIBERTY is one of many die markers
    Scarce

There are many others. Wexler and Flynn's book "The Best of the Washington Quarter Doubled Dies" is a must for anyone interested in the topic.

1964-P-two nice DDR's-1-R-I and 4-R-V-both most easily seen on "QUARTER DOLLAR" and the 1964-D 1-R-V also best seen on the denomination. Look for the '64-D Type "C" reverse, too.
