Coin rotated in slab, owner ticked off

I tried that tapping technique recommended here in the forum, and the coin rotated slightly, but it also tilted in the slab sort of like Saturn and the coin edge has made a small rub mark on the inside of the holder.
So now its rotated AND tilted.
I am open to suggestion on how to fix this, short of re-submitting it. And, of course, if your suggestion will only make the situation worse, then please go watch a movie or something and refrain from responding.

I have also tapped them back into place.
Never had one scratch the holder from the inside, that doesn't sound good!

The holder is scratched (more like scufed), not the coin.
