Big deal, lawyers get their money either way. if Ebay loses, so what? What are they going to do give us a free listing if we list it between the 13th and the 14th from 11:59Pm to 01:01AM.
I love those stupid vouchers I got for Apple products, totally worthless. But it looks good marketingwise.
May the cheapest lawyers win (leaving a few pennies for the rest of us).
Does this mean listing fees, final value fees, and PayPal fees will rise again. If eBay keeps up their laissez faire attitude about auction fraud, inviting such suits, Teletrade and Heritage might become more popular.
I guess I'll have to go to more coin shows.

yeah -- you guys are right, it's best to let Ebay nickel and dime people to death, allow counterfeit and fraudulent auctions and then do nothing about anything.
I suppose I can at least own stock in Ebay so that I can profit from their mismanagement and outright fraud. I guess that's better than letting the lawyers protect ignorant consumers.
Sooner or later eBay is going to fall legally. It's just a matter of time.
I would have to agree with that as well. Sure, there are other online auction sites out there where sellers can peddle their wares, but none of them truly compete against e-bay. I would consider them a monopoly.

It will nevertheless be filed, sooner or later IMO.

No, it won't happen.
