I need to vent....darkside coming out

Just had some goon who won an auction from me 3 weeks ago
and now he has refused to pay. Claims that he only wants to pay by Credit Card thru Paypal which I don't accept as it was stated in my description clearly. (I will never accept paypal again after this weekend...but that's another story). Also claims his son made the bid and probably didn't see my terms so he's claiming I'm being unreasonable for not upgrading my Paypal account to accept his payment and therefore he is refusing to pay because he doesn't want to get off his fat ass and go to the post office. Hell, I go to the post office everyday and I'm in a wheelchair. So now we'll be exchanging negative feedback (mine from retalitory from El Jerkwad). I have his name, address, phone #, and email address. I've pulled every proferated subcription advertisement I could find and his son will get to look at Playgirl, Hot Stud, Rough Rider, and countless other magazines that will last him for the next 20 years.
He will also receive countless amounts of emails from every website I will register him for. He has also been blocked, and if he ever plans to sell anything in the near future; yours truly will make his life and potential auctions a living hell. I'm just tired of all the jerks that don't pay and throw things back at your face making you the bad guy. From now on, I'm sticking with revenge. Had to vent. Have a great day.

Yes, I still have the cards and it's going in the garbage.
Not so much the cards or the fees, but the tone and usage of
words in my emails. That's what got to me. These individuals also have no understanding or basic logic and throw everything back at you like it was your fault to begin with.

I've pulled every proferated subcription advertisement I could find and his son etc etc etc

i wouldnt do that......let it go aint worth it

tell him to simply mail u a check
    Good for you.
  • I got a buyer who's been bidding on a lot of cards. Won one of my auction 9 days ago. I noticed that buyer's been paying the auctions (even the later ones) he won except the auction buyer won from me. Never reply to invoice I sent. I just sent another one today. I hope the buyer pays. I checked he doesn't have a neg.

I had buyers before who bidded and win but they just pick the ones they like to pay.

Another I returned because he paid by credit card. Auction description and payment instruction stated no credit cards (bold and in caps). I emailed and explained. Never heard from after payment was returned. Been 12 days now. Sent another invoice no reply, yet.

I hope it turns out ok.

There's one I got pissed. he outbidded legitimate buyers (those set builders). Won my auction and never sent payment. I emailed the buyer. The response I got "sorry never place a bid". The next time I put it up it ended low.

I understand your frustration with the Paypal thing... but don't commit mail fraud just to spite him... instead, report him to eBay for non-payment and if you're lucky he's pulled this shït with a few other sellers who have reported him and he'll get NARU'd... and your problem will be solved!
  • I think your reaction is overly harsh to say the least. Insert cliches that are true- i.e., turn the other cheek, two wrongs do not make a right, take the high road, etc. Sending explicit pictures to a minor (assuming his son is a minor) violates the laws..as does registering someone for various porn/spam sites. Why not simply file a FVF request w/ebay and move on w/your life? Trust me, there are far greater issues to get your pants in a bunch over than a non-paying bidder.

It's funny. I was going to let it go after reading all the posts.
I filed an unpaid dispute then went to get some lunch and just breathe clearly because I was angry. When I came back, he posted the negative for me....he beat me to the punch before I even left him his. His last email to me before lunch was "okay, I tried to be nice". I tried to respond to that and he blocked my email. He's a coward. As far as the explicit magazines....the son bit was a joke. He probably doesn't even have a son and was his excuse. Anyways, the FVF was filed, we both have negatives (his total feedback is now 3). Wow, a whopping 3.
Anyways, you still can't blame me for being mad and the ideas I conjured up. Like I said; I needed to vent.

As soon as he didn't agree to the payment terms listed in the auction he won, he violated his contract with you. So any negging on his part is ridiculous. If you contacted Ebay, would they remove the neg basis breaking the contract? Never had it happen to me.
Maybe you can give a second chance offer on the auction if there was another bidder? Too bad you had to encounter this clown.
Proud of my 16x20 autographed and framed collection - all signed in person. Not big on modern - I'm stuck in the past!

Eagle, post his eBay ID here so as sellers we can all block him from bidding. I would appreciate that because like you I don't take credit cards with Paypal.

    It's cebern85

I'm over it now. Moving on. I realize the feedback system is there for a purpose. Regardless of amount, if you bid then you should honor it is the bottomline.

It wouldn't shock me if this person was lissasmith21. You got negged by them for the exact same reason. Looks suspicious to me.

Ugh, don't remind of that name.
Yea, that one sent me a Credit Card for Paypal too.
I denied it and stated to please make other means.
Well, the last 2 could just be coincidence.
No more Paypal period after next week. They don't seem
to read or pay attention to details.
