    Pretty manuscripts. I think it's unfortunate that they carve up these old books to piece out the pages for six grand each though. But I guess business is business.

    Pretty! Ditto what Civitas said....at least on the early scripts.

    I was actually sniped years ago on a near complete 2nd ed. KJ Bible (large folio size). It's cover was history and 3/4s of the copy was already disbound or hanging by threads.
  • Do they actually destroy books or use ones falling apart? I had hoped that the books they used were damaged and they
    were selling what could be salvaged.
