Has any mint ever minted 1/10 cents?

Somebody at work said he'd heard about them. I said there wasn't any such thing, but then thought that not having heard of them doesn't mean they don't exist. Could be tokens he was thinking about also.

Several states issued them at one time or another.......... They were used in sales tax figuring and called "mils"

My father told me when he was a kid they had mils in Oklahoma.
