1983-P Error Quarter opinions please

I bought this and a few other errors today and would like some info on what it might be worth. I have the highest respect for the people on this forum.
This is a 1983-P Quarter (the key date for the clad quarter series) that was struck off center. I would like to know your opinions as to its value and if you think I would be wise to send it to PCGS prior to selling it?

As I implied in your other thread, unless you find two guys fighting over them for a date set, they're not worth all that much. Definitely not worth slabbing in my opinion, probably on the order of $10-$20 each.
