Here's my newest purchase that's on it's way. She's a beauty for a 1883 Carson City Morgan. You don't find toning like this on to many examples........The reverse is 90% untoned...

Do you think the toning is NT or is this a messed up experiment?

Yep, it's a GSA Dollar...paigowjohnny and tonedcoin had it right....

Saw it on Ebay and just had to have it for some reason. I thought the other one I owned was the worst I have seen until this one popped up....
