Does a 1981-S SBA have much of a chance of upgrade?

I've got one, that I purchased at a show in a PCGS MS-64, for like $5 I think. I thought it was a great deal, considering MS-65 is like $50. The coin looks way better than MS-64, atleast MS-65. Are these coins worth trying to upgrade, or just a waste of money?

If you're absolutely sure it will upgrade, crack it out and send it in. Look for noticable ticks, dings, and other distracting marks on both sides of the coin.
