All-Time WR Set, new leader...

I didn't think fabfrank's set could be trumped this quickly, but Museum of Sports History has done it again...Too bad we can't view the set 8.71 is impressive.

Unfortunately, I think my fate will be the same on the NFL Hall of Fame Rookie set...A few more upgrades and Museum will pass me there as well...

Oh well, can't compete with unlimited bank accounts... At least I can't...
I'm here to question, not to inspire or build up. To live how I want, as I see fit,
according to my values and my needs. Nothing holds dominion over me, I stand alone as the ruler of my life.

Thanks for the heads up. Dang, that's some tough competition and I feel your pain.

It looks like it's time for me to regroup and start working on my All-Time Place Holder Set.

My rushers set is in jeopardy as well. It's really annoying that this guy keeps his sets hidden, it is contrary to the spirit of the registry, IMHO.

No such details will spoil my plans...
  • Allen Allen- I agree totally. I can see maybe not including pics of your cards, but not letting anyone see your set composition doesn't seem to be in the spirit of what the Registry is all about. I've stated before that I'm not in this for the "hoopla" or for the certificate, but if you don't want to participate on the Registry by showing your set composition, you shouldn't be allowed to participate in the awards.

Perhaps it's done for the safety of the owner(s)?

Safety?? From what? If someone has safetyimage or privacy concerns, they shouldn't participate in a public forum.

He's also got the '85 Topps PSA 10 Mark Clayton RC should Clayton be added into that set. MOSH won it with a $250 buy-it-now from 4 Sharp Corners.
  • Sixdart- Mark Clayton??? All-Time Great?? All-Time Good, yeah, but not great.
I don't think he would make the Greats of the 80's list.
