Looks to be hairlined, most obviously below the "30" in the date running southwest to northeast.

I'd pass.

I agree with your sentiment - cleaned coins didn't bother me either until I learned to recognize them.

You'll probably like it, if the hairlines JamminJ noted aren't too obvious. I honestly didn't see them in the picture until they were pointed out.

Ron is great!! (BTW, he's the one who wrote Coin Collecting for Dummies and runs CoinFacts!) He grades accurately, but he does like to get German domestic market prices for his wares.
