Nope. It's already overgraded at MS62. Most of that stuff on the obverse is scratches. It's worse than my 1964 in PR60. I think it got a contrast bump.

That's the sad part. Underneath all that damage is a very nice cameo coin with exceptional mirrors for the issue. It's in an OGH, though, so maybe it was holdered before they were giving the designation.
